Want to receive music lessons at a discounted price? We have a database of student teachers willing to give instrumental or vocal lessons. Simply register your interest here, and our Lessons and Exams officer, Olivia, will put you in contact with a teacher. Grade One-athon
Every year we run a gradeoneathon, which allows members to learn a new instrument in a short period of time at an affordable rate, and take an ABRSM grade one exam at the end. Gradeoneathon opens in the autumn, with exams taking place in the spring. Gradeoneathon has closed for this year, please keep an eye on our social media for next year’s announcement!
Lessons bursary
Every year we offer a bursary for one year's worth of professional instrumental or vocal lessons. This is awarded based on an audition, but we consider applicants ability, background and passion for music. Applications for the bursary open in the spring, with the bursary being awarded for the next academic year. Applications for this years bursary are now closed and our winner for 2024 will be announced soon on our social media accounts.
